I’ve spent half my life hearing other people tell me, “You should be doing this for a living.”
I never knew whether they meant bringing people together, spotting opportunities, or seeing potential where others only see walls… but one day it clicked. And I went for it.
Mallorca and I go way back. From my first family holidays to buying my own property on the island in 2013, this place has been more than just a destination — it’s been somewhere everything falls into place. I’ve always been fascinated by houses, inside and out. Because behind every door, there’s a story waiting to begin.
I come from the IT world, with 28 years as a freelancer — immersed in servers, consultancy work, ideas (too many, according to my wife) and projects that taught me how to listen, solve problems and support people along the way. I didn’t finish university, but I learned through life itself. And every step led me here.
Today I’m part of Ibisunset, a team that’s nothing like a traditional agency. And it was with Carla that everything really took shape. We’ve known each other for years — we share values, a vision, and many meaningful conversations (with plenty of laughs too). When she told me about Ibisunset and her way of understanding this profession, I knew it straight away: this wasn’t just another estate agency. It was the place where my desire to do things properly — with humanity and without pretence — truly belonged. Today I work with people who, like me, value honesty, respect and clear agreements. I help sell houses, yes — but above all, I help make the process easier, more transparent… and, why not, a little more cheerful.
