Ich war sehr beeindruckt und kann nur Positives über unsere Erfahrung mit Ibisunset berichten. Unsere Maklerin Carla hat sich wirklich außerordentlich engagiert, um den Kauf unserer Wohnung auf Mallorca so reibungslos wie möglich zu gestalten. Wir selbst leben nicht auf Mallorca und waren mit den Abläufen beim Kauf einer Immobilie auf der Insel nicht vertraut. Auch die Wohnungsbesichtigung gestaltete sich schwierig, da unser Hauptwohnsitz in Deutschland ist. Dies stellte für  die Agentur jedoch kein Problem und die kamen schnell mit einer Lösung. Wir führten eine Videobesichtigung über WhatsApp durch. Carla zeigte uns die Wohnung sehr detailliert und erklärte uns alles, was renoviert worden war und was erneuert werden musste. So gab es keine Überraschungen, als wir den Kaufvertrag bereits unterschrieben hatten und die Wohnung erst danach auch persönlich sahen. Ich muss zugeben, dass unsere Vorgehensweise  etwas ungewöhnlich war, und wir haben der Agentur viel Vertrauen entgegengebracht, aber es hat sich absolut gelohnt. Carla erklärte uns klar und deutlich, welche Schritte und Unterlagen für den Kauf erforderlich waren. Sie kümmerte sich um die Vereinbarung aller Termine (zu einer für uns passenden Zeit & Ort) und ging sogar noch einen Schritt weiter und half uns, den Wasser- und Stromvertrag auf unseren Namen abzuschließen.
